What This Proves
The Problem
A complex dealer-facing platform supporting hundreds of dealerships nationwide required coordinated testing across engineering, compliance, and operational teams. Without a structured QA/UAT process, testing efforts risked becoming fragmented, undocumented, and misaligned across stakeholders.
The Approach
I supported the QA/UAT program using Jira, coordinating test cycles, documenting test cases, managing ticket workflows, and creating operational structure across multiple teams with competing priorities.
I served as the communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements, surfacing blockers, and ensuring the right issues were addressed before launch.
The work required consistency, follow-through, and disciplined coordination to keep testing momentum moving without letting important issues fall through the cracks.
The Outcome
The result was a coordinated and documented QA/UAT process across seven teams, helping ensure the platform met operational, compliance, and technical requirements prior to national rollout.
Final Takeaway
Large systems succeed or fail based on execution discipline. This project demonstrates how structured coordination across teams can keep complex programs moving toward launch.
