Process

EJ Real Estate Group is a husband and wife team that specializes in selling coastal real estate in and around the Rancho Palos Verdes area. Owners Ernie and Janice wanted to build a website they could use to showcase houses that were available to be sold, but also to allow for prospective customers to sell their property with them.  

His hosting was configured with Hostgator, and I purchased his domain EJRealEstateGroup.com with GoDaddy. They wanted a website that was close to the look of several real estate agents in the Keller Williams Realty group, and also that of RuthandRaine.com, local realtors. For this website I used the Sydney WordPress template. 

This project was more than just another WordPress site though, it was built in association with the IDX Broker API, which allows for the website to communicate with the MLS website accessed by realtors.  

SEO was set up for the website to help the website rank highly for coastal real estate in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.
